Allergies? Tell us during onboarding and our nutritionists will build an allergen-specific box around them — free from your triggers and safe to rely on.

We use your age, sex, height, weight and activity level to set a personal daily calorie target — then pack enough for every single day of your chosen period.

The distribution network
Nobody else touches your box.
A supply you can't reach in a crisis isn't a supply. So we own every step of it — the warehouses, the power, the vehicles and the people behind the wheel.
Our people, our trucks
Every box is picked, loaded and driven by our own employed and vetted team. No third-party couriers, no subcontractors, no handover points where a box can go missing.
Battery-electric fleet
Our delivery trucks run on batteries, not diesel — so there are no fuel deliveries to wait for and no queues at pumps that may already be dry.
Charged on site, by renewables
Solar arrays and battery storage at every site generate their own clean power, so the fleet is charged where it stands and kept topped up, ready to roll.
Off-grid and locked down
Our sites run independently of the national grid with their own power and water. Fenced, monitored and access-controlled, with locations never published.
Grid down, fuel gone, roads choked — your box is already stored, already charged and already on its way. We aim to have it on your step inside the first 24 hours, and never later than day two.
Safety in extreme cases
A plan that doesn't rely on a signal.
Masts fail, networks clog, batteries die. So membership comes with a second way to be reached — and a second way to be found.
A meeting point near you
Every member is given a meeting point inside their own catchment area. If communications go dark, that is where members report to — a fixed place to meet your catchment team, and a place your box can be brought to.
A radio that needs no mast
Each member is issued a multichannel VHF radio system for a small additional cost. It works when mobile networks and the internet don't — a direct voice link to your catchment team and the members around you.
Protocols everyone knows
Members are issued a simple set of communication protocols: which channel to call on, when to check in, and what to do if you can't be raised. A known routine in a crisis, not an improvised one.

When anything comes within 8 weeks of its best-before date, we remove it and donate it to food banks, homeless shelters, refuges and community kitchens — then replace it with fresh stock, covered by your monthly fee. Membership means you're ready for the worst, while helping people facing hardship right now.
